Senator Martin moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 182—A BILL to amend and reenact §8-6-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to annexation by minor boundary adjustment; and changing limit on municipal annexation by minor boundary adjustment from once every two years to once per year.
